  • Dealing with Performance (Work and Home) in a Social Media Age
Most of us are uncomfortable dealing with communication or behavioral concerns in an environment which relies on social media and technology to confront issues. Learn a easy and effective way to solve problems and build a relationship while doing so!

  • The Power of Her Why

  • Helping Others See & Own Their Worth

This talk will review the story of Hagar in Genesis. We'll talk about how to see worth in others, and how to serve them in ways that help them walk into that worth.

  • Spend a little time shopping in the vendor area, enjoy catching up with a friend over a cup of coffee, or network with other conference attendees.

  • Telling Your Story Through Broken Pieces

We often assume we are defined by the mess, guilt and shame of our lives, but God’s Sovereignty takes the pieces and rebuilds and refines them into His purpose. Learn how the things that have happened to us are likely God’s moments of mercy to show us who He truly is meeting us in our greatest grief, to proclaim His goodness.

  • Ask for It!

You probably have a voice inside your head the whispers: Are you sure you’re as good as you think you are? or “Why can’t you be happy with what you’ve got? Don’t you have enough already?” This voice probably talks the loudest when you’re thinking about asking for something you want- a raise, more power or responsibility, or even help around the house.. This workshop will help you learn to start talking back to that voice. Because the voice is not the voice of experience--it’s the voice of a society that hasn’t progressed nearly as far as we’d like to think. What will you ask for?
